Our head office and main laboratory are housed at 62/3, Neelammahara Road, Katuwawala, Boralesgamuwa. This modern laboratory was added as a part of our continuous effort to ensure that the construction industry in Sri Lanka would get updated technological support in the fields that we specialise. It is with the hope of achieving this goal that we set up this laboratory equipped with electronic and computer controlled systems with the provisions of the Advanced Technology Scheme of the Ministry of Industries. A well-experienced professional team of technicians is available to cater to all your material, foundation and geotechnical engineering requirements. We maintain a sufficient number of machinery and an efficient work force of over300 employees to meet the varying challenges of the industry.
We have proved our strength by adopting appropriate and cost-effective solutions for Geotechnical Investigations and piling work on shore and off shore, of sites with extremely difficult access conditions. We have also won the goodwill of our esteemed clients by achieving all time targets set by them.
In order to serve our esteemed clients in the highest possible manner based on our capacity and expertise, we have started a well equipped modern pre-cast factory at Mahagama in Sooriyawewa under ELS Construction (Pvt) Ltd ;which is our subsidiary Company.
Our market share in the field of Geotechnical Investigation and pre-cast driven piling is 70% and the turnover during the year 2003 / 2004 is 160 Million and it is expected to exceed 200 million this year, with the contract agreements signed already.
