ELS Construction (Pvt.) Ltd is an ICTAD C2 graded contractor with full capabilities for Bride construction, in any site
condition. Flood damaged bridges in Galle and Matara districts is one of the successfully completed recent project where 13
nos of bridges were constructed. Improvement of Anuradhapura Padeniya road is one of the major on going projects where
26 structures including 5 main Bridges, small Bridges & box culverts are to be completed.

ELS Construction operates a well-equipped and modern Pre-cast factory in Mahagama, Sewanagala, with The longest
pre-stressing bed in Sri lanka. Here, we produce high quality pre-cast or pre-stressed concrete products that conform to any
given standard and are used in construction of roads, bridges, irrigation projects, houses, retaining walls and for
landscaping. Our most recent development in the Pre- Stressed concrete products including railway Sleepers, Light poles,
Non Pressure Pipes (NP2 & NP3).

Our areas of expertise also stretch to the Construction of specialized foundation systems. Difficult conditions have posed no
barrier for us. We even undertake Micropiling for sites where other foundation systems are not feasible.
Our team undertakes the design and construction of pre-cast concrete deep-foundations, and a range of piling applications.

Our technical, plant & equipment mastery in the field have lead to us achieving P1 piling contractor status- the highest
grading awarded, by ICTAD for piling work.

We established a concrete batching plant that supplies the ready mix concrete to sites in Hambantota and Matara areas.
Our operations are well supported, and fully integrated.

Now our scope is expanded to housing projects where we use the latest methods and technology from Habitech International
Co. Ltd. to build houses for more affordable prices and for the best quality.

Recently we aquired a well established Concrete factory in Gampaha District with well equiped modern technology to
manufacture and distribute all kinds of precast products to our valuable consumers.

The quality of our work and products are reflected by achieving ISO 9001:2008 in adition to achieving SLS mark for few of
our products.
